FAQs
ALL THE DETAILS
Tickets are typically available to purchase beginning four to six weeks prior to an event – however, each event is unique and may vary from one show to another. The best way to receive advance notice of upcoming events, on sale information, and special promotions is to sign up for our eNewsletter and receive e-mail notices of upcoming shows. You may also check out our Upcoming Events.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are required for children 2 years and older. Some shows deal with mature themes and may not be appropriate for all children. For information on whether a particular show is suitable for your child, please see if there are Age Appropriate details listed by each show on this website or email info@mtow.org. Our policy is to inform audiences of age recommendations, but to let parents, guardians, and teachers make decisions that they feel is most appropriate for youth and teens in their care.
Does my child need a ticket?
Wheelchair accessible tickets can be purchased online, by calling (509) 663-ARTS, or visiting the box office in person.
How do I purchase wheelchair accessible tickets?
If you lose or forget your tickets, please visit the box office during regular or show box office hours to have them re-issued. ID is required.
What if I lose my ticket?
Our lobby typically opens 60 minutes prior to showtime, and the doors to the theatre generally open about thirty minutes prior to curtain. If you have purchased your tickets we suggest arriving early to relax, enjoy refreshments, pick-up Will Call tickets, and read your program. If you have not purchased your ticket we suggest arriving up to 60 minutes prior to showtime to ensure you have a ticket and do not have to wait in line.
When do the doors open for a show and when should I arrive?
In most cases, yes! If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office up to 60 minutes before showtime. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you purchase tickets early.
Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?
Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the management, and Will Call tickets not claimed at the event starting time can be claimed at the box office or concessions bar.
What if I am late for a performance?
Not all events have an intermission. Intermissions are typically 15 to 20 minutes.
